I’m a Portland, Oregon based product designer with 6 years of experience working on UX, Interaction, UI, Design Systems, and Front-end Development in ad tech and e-comm/dropship with an emphasis on translating complex user journeys into intuitive, scaleable, and easy to use experiences.
With a background in audio, video, IT, and creative arts, I began my digital design and development journey in 2013 at the Art Institutes Int’l of Minnesota, where I studied web design and interactive media, earning my bachelor’s degree and graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Inspired by performing and volunteering at conferences such as Eyeo Festival, Northern Spark, and INST-INT, where we explored the intersection of art, data, and interaction, I quickly grew attached to a place where self-expression can coexist with technology, forging new relationships and creative outputs.
Making data-driven design decisions is at the core of my approach, as I will always be a fastidious advocate of the end-user at the end of the day. I seek to empower growth, build collaborative partnerships, and contribute innovative problem-solving skills to my team, which are the cornerstones of successful project outcomes.
When I’m not working on design, you can find me playing drums, engineering and producing music, and obsessing over German shepherds, fly fishing, and backpacking in the Pacific Northwest.
